At Relia Homecare, we know that staying on track with medications is essential to health, safety,
and peace of mind. Our caregivers provide calm, respectful, and non-medical reminders to help
clients take their medications on time while preserving independence and dignity, always in accordance with the care plan.
Medication Reminder Services Includes:
- Gentle verbal or visual reminders at scheduled times
- Assistance with opening medication containers, when needed (no administering)
- Observing and reporting missed doses or concerns to supervisors or family
These supportive reminders help ease daily stress and provide reassurance to both clients and
their loved ones.
Important Note: Caregivers do not administer, change, or alter medications.
