State Waiver
At Relia Homecare, we are honored to support clients through approved Georgia State Waiver
programs, including CCSP and SOURCE. These programs help individuals remain safely and
comfortably in their own homes while receiving the care they are authorized to receive—surrounded by familiarity, dignity, and respect.
State Waiver Services Include:
- Assistance with approved non-medical services as outlined in the authorized care plan
- Care delivered in full compliance with waiver guidelines and state requirements
- Coordination and communication with case managers, as required
