6. Emergency Situations
Relia Homecare caregivers are not emergency responders. In the event of an emergency, caregivers are instructed to call 911 and notify the designated emergency contact.
7. Payments & Cancellations
Service fees, billing terms, and cancellation requirements are outlined in the individual service agreement. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in service interruption.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
Relia Homecare respects client privacy and maintains confidentiality in accordance with applicable Georgia and federal laws. Information is shared only as permitted or required by law.
